Business Project Manager
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution and commercialization
- Drive new product launch activities, including regulatory coordination, launch timelines, packaging, and sales readiness
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Support OEM projects, new distributor onboarding, and strategic business development initiatives
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates
- Develop and improve project management processes, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation
- Organize project meetings, maintain project records, and follow up on action items
- Identify project risks and recommend solutions to ensure successful project outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management or business operations experience, preferably within the medical device, IVD, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with product launch processes and regulatory coordination is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
