Summary
We are seeking a
Business Program & Operations Analyst – UAT & Implementation to support a highly visible, enterprise-wide refrigeration temperature monitoring and automation initiative being deployed across approximately 7,530 retail locations. This large-scale program is transforming a traditionally manual temperature-checking and logging process through sensor technology, automated data collection, temperature alerts, and work-order automation.
The program is designed to provide greater visibility into refrigeration equipment performance, identify potential equipment and temperature issues earlier, reduce product loss, support compliance requirements, improve preventive and corrective maintenance processes, and generate significant operational efficiencies and cost savings.
In this role, you will help ensure the program is successfully implemented across the store network by supporting business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process and SOP validation, training, operational readiness, implementation quality, and go-live activities. You will work cross-functionally with project managers, refrigeration engineers, facilities teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and other program resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements and implementations remain on schedule without compromising quality.
The ideal candidate will bring approximately 2–3 years of relevant Business Analyst or program implementation experience, with hands-on exposure to UAT, business process testing, requirements validation, training, and implementation readiness. Experience supporting retail, facilities, store operations, or large-scale multi-site implementations would be especially valuable.

- Ensure new processes, system functionality, and implementations align with established business requirements and operational needs.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution, business process validation, issue identification, documentation, and follow-through.
- Validate system functionality, workflows, and business processes prior to deployment.
- Review and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are accurate, practical, and aligned with business requirements.
- Identify gaps, defects, process issues, or operational risks uncovered during testing and implementation and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders through resolution.
- Support store and end-user readiness for implementation and go-live.
- Develop and/or support training materials, process documentation, job aids, and other resources associated with the new program.
- Facilitate or support end-user and service-related training to drive understanding and successful adoption of new processes.
- Support implementation and training activities associated with facilities and work-order management processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, refrigeration engineers, facilities teams, vendors, store stakeholders, and other program resources throughout the rollout.
- Help ensure installations and implementations are completed correctly and meet established business and quality standards.
- Support data validation activities to ensure information captured during implementation is accurate and complete.
- Track testing activities, implementation issues, dependencies, readiness items, and stakeholder deliverables through completion.
- Balance an aggressive implementation timeline with the need for high-quality testing, validation, and execution.
- Support successful go-live activities and the transition of new processes into ongoing business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, implementation effectiveness, operational consistency, and user adoption.
