We're building the execution backbone of the DriveX Business Team and this role sits right at the center of it. As Business Program Manager, you'll be the force that turns strategy into reality across Sales, Service, and Network Expansion. If leadership defines where we go, you define how we get there fast, structured, and at scale. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role created to strengthen our core business engine and help us scale with precision.
Drive the company's most critical business initiatives from idea structure execution measurable impact. You'll lead programs that directly influence growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes not just track them.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership
- Convert leadership vision into structured programs, execution roadmaps, and measurable delivery plans
- Build business cases and define success metrics for strategic initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities through data, performance insights, and market intelligence
Central Execution Ownership
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact business initiatives across Sales, Service, and network expansion.
- Define milestones, owners, timelines, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure predictable delivery through strong program governance
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the single coordination point across business teams and enabling functions
- Drive clarity on priorities, dependencies, and decision timelines
- Facilitate leadership reviews with structured insights and actionable recommendations
Performance & Impact Tracking
- Design dashboards and monitoring systems for initiative performance
- Track KPIs, risks, and outcomes for ongoing programs
- Continuously optimize initiatives based on results and learnings
Special Projects
- Lead high-priority, business-critical projects requiring cross-functional collaboration
- Manage ambiguity, define structure, and ensure delivery against defined business outcomes
Requirements
Must Have Qualifications
- Graduate from a Tier-1 institute
- 37 years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, or similar roles
- Exposure to automobile, mobility, EV, or high-growth startup environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking ability
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
