This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

We are looking for in this role will support in activities related to the design and implementation Business Process Management and running the governance process around changes to deployed processes.In this role, you will interact with key stakeholders to analyze and document processes on shared platforms, including as-is but especially to-be processes. The role will support Business Process management initiatives and will need to maintain the standards as per BPMN 2.0 in Signavio platform. There will be a strong collaboration and integration with GPO & FAO organizations and also other ongoing transformation programs across ABB like the Motion 2.0, NewGen PA and potentially with Workday implementations too. This new role additionally covers the responsibility of coordinating the activities related to process governance among key stakeholders.

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Finance Process Data Systems division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the business process management initiative and work both from future visionary and practical hands-on perspectives in Process Data and Systems.
• Together with other specialists / analyst (process, service and product subject matter experts, SAP experts, IS architects) turning process requirements into future processes definitions and charts.
• Being the common Business Process management key subject matter expert on process taxonomy rules and using that competence for harmonized process definitions and charts. Sharing the knowledge and training of other relevant people when needed.
• Being the key subject matter expert on SAP Signavio and learning to be capable of defining journeys and processes using the tool capabilities.
• Strongly cooperating with process and ERP, business applications and specialists from business areas/functions, and together making sure that the SAP Signavio process structure supports both global/local divisional and business type views.
• Supporting the creation of the future vision of SAP Signavio usage in ABB, in operational quality and process governance activities, in strong cooperation with continuous improvement and quality management framework.
• Supporting Business Process Management evolution from various perspectives depending on need and urgency.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's degree or post-graduation in Economics/Finance/Management/Business Engineering or similar field
• Certification around business process modeling, process improvement or operational excellence is an advantage in this role
• 3+ years of track record in process mapping and/or IS development, a few years of experience in areas related to Knowledge management and/or process governance / Business process management related work and/or customer journey mapping.
• Knowledge & experience of working in SAP Signavio platform, Understanding of financial accounting, value flows and nuances of related processes
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors, to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
• Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and capability to see the big picture from all the sometimes-complex details
• Strong communication, project management skills
• Passionate about process standardization, continuous improvement and sharing knowledge, with an understanding of process quality.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
