This Position reports to:
Head of Business TransformationWe are looking for a Business Process Architect to support the analysis, management, and continuous improvement of global end-to-end business processes within the Robotics organization. In this role, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, IS teams, and other stakeholders to increase transparency, efficiency, and integration across processes and supporting applications.
You will help design and optimize processes, bridge business and IT perspectives, and support the adoption of innovative tools, including AI-based solutions, to enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Process Owners to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes in alignment with key stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted partner and coach guiding continues improvement process.
Define and support the implementation of process and application strategies together with Business Process Owners and IS teams.
Act as a bridge between business functions and IS, facilitating the implementation of process-related digital solutions.
Identify opportunities to integrate innovative and AI-based tools into business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with upstream and downstream process owners to strengthen collaboration and minimize process interface issues.
Support Business Process Owners in planning, implementing, and monitoring process improvement initiatives and ensuring progress.
Develop and promote standards and best practices for process documentation, optimization, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process documentation, process design, and business process optimization.
Strong expertise in process analysis, modeling, and improvement methodologies.
Experience working with end-to-end business processes in complex organizational environments.
Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
Ability to effectively bridge business and IT/IS teams and translate business requirements into process and application solutions.
Strong analytical and structured thinking, with high attention to detail.
Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve business processes.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
