As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback to refine processes over time, ensuring that the workflows align with the evolving needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Document process flows and create detailed specifications for process improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience in workflow design and optimization techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
