Project Role : Business Process Designer

Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where your primary focus will be on analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness, and ensuring that the workflows align with the overall business objectives. You will work closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, while also designing continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to refine processes over time. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in process design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
