Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Process Automation Specialist based in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying, designing, and automating repetitive business processes across sales, operations, lead management, communication, and reporting to improve operational efficiency and scalability. You will work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to analyze existing workflows, implement automation tools, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support and optimization.
This is a hands-on execution role, not just advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions for:
- Lead capture, qualification, and assignment
- WhatsApp communication and follow-ups
- Calling workflows and call tracking
- Status updates, reminders, and reporting
- Use Google Sheets as a central operations interface
- Integrate WhatsApp Business API (WATI / Interakt / Gupshup / Meta API)
- Integrate cloud telephony platforms (NeoDove, TeleCRM, Exotel, MyOperator, etc.)
- Connect tools such as ClickUp, CRM systems, Google Forms, Gmail
- Build automation logic using Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Monitor automation performance and resolve issues proactively
- Document processes, workflows, and SOPs for smooth handover
- Provide ongoing maintenance, improvements, and user support
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with process automation tools and technologies
- Proficiency in process documentation, workflow analysis, and optimization techniques
- Experience with business process management (BPM) and mapping tools
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets automation
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API integrations
- Familiarity with no-code / low-code tools (Apps Script, Zapier, Make)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to work on-site and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
