Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and ensuring that the designs meet the necessary standards and expectations. You will also play a crucial role in educating stakeholders about the designs, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality management, making it essential to maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
