Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes, create documentation for implementation, define product requirements, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop innovative strategies for process improvement - Lead process optimization initiatives - Conduct regular process audits for compliance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js - Strong understanding of business process architecture - Knowledge of process modeling and analysis tools - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire Digital Portals. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
