Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and foster alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Experience in documenting detailed process flows and technical requirements to support system implementation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
