Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for process improvements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design principles.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with process architecture.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design effective business processes.
- Experience in developing key performance indicators to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed process blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders across various levels.
- Familiarity with quality management practices to ensure compliance with business and design standards.
