Job Description

Project Role : Business Process Architect

Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Must have skills : Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS)

Good to have skills : NA

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively tailored to organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and model business processes effectively.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather and validate requirements.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow design techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
