Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending actionable solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
  • Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and defect tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with integration testing and user acceptance testing within Salesforce environments.
  • Skilled in identifying, documenting, and communicating defects and issues to development teams.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
