Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new technologies and procedures. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands and facilitate seamless integration of new processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding business processes and project goals.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes effectively.

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project milestones.
