Project Role : Business Process Architect

Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Must have skills : SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management.

Collaborate with and lead teams to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and stakeholder feedback.

Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes, requirements, and best practices.

Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and identify process improvement opportunities.

Utilize advanced process mapping and documentation techniques.

Communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

Demonstrate familiarity with established project management methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills: Expertise as an SME in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Service Management.

In-depth knowledge of Service Management, FSM/ FSAM, SSAM, BNAC and APM.

Strong proficiency in Asset Management.

Solid understanding of S/4HANA Service Management and its integration with FSM via CPI and Proaxia.

Experience in Asset Performance Management and Service and Asset Manager.

Experience in project initiation, requirements gathering, data migration, and cutover activities.

Strong understanding on Business Process Modelling across Service Business (Advanced Execution, Lean Services, In-House Repair etc.)

Process Mapping on Field Service Execution and Maintenance execution through SAP SaaS applications.

Adept on Asset Performance and Reliability Metrics

Experience in Automotive industry & Exposure to Agentic AI would be an added advantage

Additional Information:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Position is based in Chennai.

15 years of full-time education required.
