Job Description

Project Role : Business Process Architect

Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Must have skills : SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII)

Good to have skills : NA

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements and validate process designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and creating clear, detailed process maps and specifications.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather and validate requirements effectively.
  • Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools to visualize workflows and system interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
