Project Role : Business Process Architect

Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Must have skills : Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)

Good to have skills : NA

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business stakeholders is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address operational challenges. The position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and active engagement with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation and workflow diagrams.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies by aligning processes with business objectives.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Should have experience in supporting MOM applications in that past.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
  • Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and collaboration practices.
  • Competence in using tools for process mapping and user analysis.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
