Job Description

Project Role : Business Process Architect

Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education BE or any equivalent

Summary:

As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in OSS Service Assurance, ServiceNow TSM, TSOM, CMDB, ITSM Modules.

Good To Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, Database Architecture, Data Analytics, and integration platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to create detailed business cases and project plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Assurance.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education BE or any equivalent
