Role Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Automation Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and design streamlined solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance. You will leverage advanced technical tools and no-code solutions to transform and automate critical business processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement streamlined process workflows that optimize operational efficiency and reduce cycle time (AI workflow if Plus)

• Develop and maintain automated solutions using no-code platforms such as AppSheet, Power Automate, and Google Sheets

• Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Looker Studio to monitor process performance and key metrics

•      Build and deploy web applications and custom solutions using no-code and low-code platforms

•      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business objectives

•      Provide training and documentation to end-users on new automated processes and systems

•      Monitor and continuously improve implemented solutions to ensure sustained performance and compliance

Technical Skill Required

•      Basic coding knowledge required  (Python, JavaScript, VB.NET, or similar)

•      Hand on Experience on AI tools (Claude Cowork, Chat GPT and other)

•      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA, macros, and AI-powered features

•      Expertise with Google Sheets including formulas, scripting, and automation

•      Demonstrated experience creating interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI

•      Proficiency with Looker Studio for data visualization and analytics

•      Hands-on experience with AppSheet for no-code application development

•      Knowledge of other no-code/low-code platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar)

Preffered Qualifications

•      Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

•      Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production workflows

•      Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS)

Education &Experience

•      Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business process analysis, automation, or related field

•      Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and automation solutions
