Business Process Analyst

Noida -India

Reporting to Team Leader GEBS Operations

The Business Process Analyst is part of Optimization, Enablement & Governance. We work closely with our stakeholders (customers, distributor partners, country teams & Business Process Owners) to execute operational process transaction & drive process optimization and enhancement followed by Continuous Improvement and potential Automation. This role reduces transactional efforts via effective and efficient process execution which helps to expedite issue resolution and enhance ease of doing business with Rockwell Automation. Y

Your Responsibilities:

. Execute operational processes transaction as defined by the GEBS Ops

. The Business Process Analyst works as part of a larger shared services team to execute a variety of defined operation tasks ranging from data entry, data quality updates, email inbox monitoring and providing standardized responses, and documented process improvement opportunities as the standardized operational tasks are executed.

. Resolving customer queries or complaints, issues received within the SLA and ensuring to provide an initial response, prioritizing the request based on the urgency. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

. Training & development to ensure that high quality standards are maintained.

. Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

. Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures. Create and maintain a variety of documents, including Standard Operating Procedure, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) & training materials.

. Analyse data and use it to create different reports, which are then submitted to managers and used to develop business plans

. Reduces customer efforts and enhances productivity via process improvements

. Optimize the process by using various CI (Continuous Improvement) & Lean Methodologies & Enable the ecosystem for potential automation

. Improves process maturity of all stakeholders

. Enhances competency level in a planned manner.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

. Full-time bachelor's degree mandatory.

. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Business Process Analyst.

. Expertise with SAP - CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP, ECC

. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite & other productivity applications

. Strong active listening, written and verbal communication skills.

. Problem-Solving Skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Business Analysis Skills.

. Alternative Positioning

. Analytical and conceptual expertise

. Ability to work on own initiative within guardrails

. Desired - CI & Lean Awareness

. Strong collaboration skills and working in a matrix environment required.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Self-sufficiency, and an ability to work with minimal supervision.

. Ability to analyse and improve operational processes.

. Travel requirements:

No travel is expected for this role.
