Business Process Analyst | Quess Corp

Location: Mumbai - Andheri East

Experience: 2–5 years, preferably 3+ years

Education: Bachelor's degree

We're looking for a Business Process Analyst to join Quess Corp and support business process improvement and technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes, gaps, challenges, and manual activities.
• Develop As-Is & To-Be process maps and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, SOPs, process flows, wireframes, user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases & test data and coordinate UAT through business sign-off.
• Maintain process/project documentation and support process transformation & technology-enabled initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, or Product Analysis.
• Strong understanding of As-Is & To-Be process documentation.
• Hands-on exp with BRDs, FSDs, SOPs, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases & UAT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Visio, Figma, Miro, Lucid chart, Flow.io, Draw.io, or similar tools.
