Job Description

  • Expertise in implementing and managing knowledgein CMMi process for IT projects,and Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Internal Auditor Certification in relevant standards, especially CMMI and Agile Scrum frameworks, with practical experience in conducting internal audits.
  • Knowledge and experience in Configuration and Requirement Management activities such as CMP review & update, Configuration Management Audits, and Release Audits.
  • Ability to drive business excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong skills in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Solving, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and implementing process improvements.
