Business Presentation Specialist with 3+ years of experience in creating high-impact, executive-level business presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense and the ability to transform complex ideas, data, and concepts into visually compelling and well-structured presentations that support business, sales, and leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design professional, executive-level presentations for:
- Client proposals and RFPs
- Sales, marketing, and leadership presentations
- Corporate and internal communications
- Convert raw content and data into visually engaging, structured, and impactful slides
- Create high-quality charts, infographics, diagrams, and visual frameworks
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and presentation standards
- Enhance and refine existing presentations for improved clarity, storytelling, and impact
- Collaborate closely with business, sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Manage multiple presentation requests while meeting tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of hands-on experience in business presentation design
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Canva
- Google Slides or similar presentation tools
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, layout, and storytelling
- Ability to present complex business concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight timelines
Good to Have
