Position: Manager Business Planning (Infra Services

Experience: 8-10 years
Pre-requisites: Experience in Automation tools, Macros, Reporting and Dashboards
Role:
- Responsible for developing strong analytical MISs, equipping sales teams with adequate information and analysis
- Periodic reviews with Sales Teams, identification of gaps and support required by the Team
- Planning, Budgeting and Monitoring of targets and KPI of Sales Team
- Monitoring lead generation and sales activity through Salesforce (CRM software)
- Working with Strategy team on various sales lead generation programs and activity
- Working closely with Sales team on pricing and deal closure
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, build and monitor databases, designing key dashboards, scorecards and reports required by Senior Leadership and business stakeholders
- Standardize, automate, provided improvements to and coordinate monthly reporting
- Build data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to management, producing for the senior management key weekly and month-end performance reports and MISs
- Utilize data visualization software to enhance delivery of new and existing reporting
- Tracking performance against already established budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure efficiencies, quality and productivity of Business Development activity.
- Consolidation and review of multiple countries monthly P&L
- Creating and managing Sales MIS and Dashboards; develop and oversee the development of MIS systems
- Country wise performance analysis, identifying gaps and improvement areas, revenue maximization opportunities, sharing insights, and tracking progress
- Equip the Sales teams with data and inputs to drive effective sales conversations.
- Tracking efficiency of spends and ROI from various lead generation and marketing activity
Requirements:
- 8-10 years experience in analysis, working with business teams, preferably with FP&A background.
- Experienced in complex analysis/quantitative/technical aptitude, data mining using VBA, SQL and Macros
- Good understanding of database, data warehousing, adept at creating and analysing MIS and Sales analysis.
- Expert++ level MS Office Suite and Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivots)

- Business Analytics: Power BI, Tableau; Experience with SAP/CRM Software/Salesforce
