As Manager – Business Performance, you will be the Sherlock Holmes of Business Performance, sniffing out trends and translating complex data into super actionable insights that drive our rocketship forward. We need someone who loves crunching numbers just as much as collaborating on big, bold projects that shape the future of our company.
Here's what you will be doing:
- Crafting weekly and monthly reports that don't just report on performance but drive strategy. Your insights will guide our next moves.
- Breaking down data into bite-sized, aha! moments for the leadership team to feast on.
- Collaborating on big-picture projects that fuel our growth and enhance how we work across the board.
- Teaming up with our squad to bring strategic ideas to life and help us grow faster, smarter, and stronger.
- Analysing our KPIs to spot opportunities and bottle necks, making sure we are always ahead of the curve.
- Presenting your findings and strategies to senior leadership in a way that makes data feel like the coolest thing ever.
What You Will Need in Your Toolkit:
- An MBA, preferrable with Engineering background
- 3-6 years of experience slaying dragons (or, you know, working in business performance, analytics, or consulting—media experience is a bonus!).
- You speak Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and SQL fluently and might even dream in spreadsheets. Bonus points if you've dabbled with other cool tools.
- You love piecing together complex data puzzles and turning them into stories that anyone can understand.
- You've got the communication skills of a diplomat and the creativity of an artist, able to share insights and ideas with style.
- You're proactive, collaborative, and have a killer instinct for spotting growth opportunities.
