What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-domain content for AI training
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on coaching, and ongoing team development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

- Experienced team leader with a strong track record of managing and developing analysts or specialists
- Deep practitioner in business analysis, consulting, or a related domain — you know your subject inside out
- Sharp analytical thinker who can evaluate the quality, logic, and accuracy of business content
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into structured, actionable feedback
- Self-directed and organised — you manage priorities well and deliver without hand-holding
- Creative and lateral thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of direct team management experience
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, content strategy, or domain-focused project work
- Strong research, analytical, and critical evaluation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or MBA in a relevant business or quantitative discipline
- Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance systems
- Background in case study writing, academic content, or structured business research
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model workflows as an end user
