Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic business partnerships within the Insurance domain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.
  • Negotiate and formalize agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the course of partnerships.
  • Stay informed about trends and opportunities within the FinTech and Technology & Telecoms industries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Partnership Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships within the FinTech or Technology & Telecoms industries.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • An ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
