Job Description

Name of the organization – Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd. 

About the organization: 

Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Identify, approach, and build partnerships with financial consultants.

2. Create compelling proposals, manage commercial negotiations, and handle all aspects of deal structuring. 

3. Drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure with a focus on speed, alignment, and client satisfaction. 

4. Work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding. 

5. Track conversion metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates to leadership.

6. Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sellopportunities post-engagement. 

7. Open to travel for business/client engagements across locations. 

Required skill sets: 

• Strong communicator and negotiator, able to win trust and handle complex conversations 

• Highly organized, with a goal-oriented and execution-driven mindset 

• Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models 

• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills

Qualifications: 

• MBA in Finance and Marketing 

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, orconsulting selling. 

• Proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently. 

• Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
