Role Description The Business Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with brokers, trading academies, IBs, MIBs, and fintech entrepreneurs. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding new partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with partner needs. The Business Partnerships Manager will monitor partner performance, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to support data-driven decisions and revenue growth. The role also involves representing Traders Quote Software at industry events, conducting presentations or demos, and ensuring a high level of communication and service for all partners.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills to develop and sustain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Communication skills to coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, market trends, and partnership outcomes.
• Relevant experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or financial services business development or partnerships is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic understanding of trading platforms and financial products.
