We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Outreach & Data Research Executive to support our lead generation and client acquisition activities. The candidate will be responsible for research, database building, outreach communication, and follow-up coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients and HR contacts
- Build and maintain prospect databases using Excel/CRM tools
- Execute bulk email campaigns using approved templates
- Perform follow-up calls and qualify leads
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team
- Track and update daily outreach activities and reports
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure regular updates
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in lead generation or business outreach
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable handling cold calls
- Internet research and data verification skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines

- Any graduate degree
- Experience in IT services / product-based company preferred
