Business Ops (Content + Ops) - Fresh Graduates/ Early Career

We are building a framework to help Indians choose their careers more thoughtfully and be prepared for the tricky times ahead. We work with students all around the world and want to reach 10x more families in 2026. This is why we need a new captain onboard who can take this ship onto newer shores.

We're looking for anew graduatewho wants tolearn how real work gets done. If you enjoy writing, organizing chaos, learning AI tools, and finishing what you start, read on.

What you'll actually do

You'll work closely with the founder and be involved across content and operations.

Content & Social

• Help write and refine scripts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (educational, long-term value content)
• Schedule posts, manage content calendars, and ensure things go out on time
• Repurpose content across platforms thoughtfully (not copy-paste)

Communication & Ops

• Draft and send emails (clear, professional, human)
• Coordinate with collaborators, students, parents, and partners
• Keep track of follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks

AI + Systems

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, scheduling tools, basic automations) to work smarter
• Improve workflows over time instead of doing everything manually forever

Who is this role for

• Arecent graduate(any discipline) with strong written English
• Someone who likes structure, checklists, and finishing tasks properly
• Curious about AI tools and genuinely excited to learn how to use them well
• Comfortable working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly
• Calm, reliable, and responsible
