Business Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a B.Com graduate with excellent understanding skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to join our team as an Operation Executive. This position involves working closely with clients to manage company incorporations and various registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the incorporation of companies, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
• Manage registrations, including but not limited to:
• AD Code registration
• Import and Export Code (IEC) registration
• MSME registration
• GST registration
• Coordinate with government authorities and clients to facilitate smooth completion of processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all documentation and registration activities.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their applications and registrations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Strong understanding and problem-solving skills to address client requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and authorities.
• Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to company operations and registrations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge.
