We are looking for a versatile Business Operations Manager to streamline our internal processes. You will be the engine room of our firm, balancing talent recruitment with essential financial and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for technical roles (Golang, Cloud, Data Science).

Financial Management: Manage consultant payments, vendor invoicing, and daily cash flow tracking.

Operations: Drive process improvements for onboarding, payroll, and internal compliance.

Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to optimize resource allocation and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years experience in US IT Staffing / Consulting / Business Operations / Program Management in a product or tech-driven organization, with strong exposure to cross-functional execution
• Strong understanding of operations
• Experience working across multiple functions (HR / Ops / Finance touchpoints)
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in US shift & office environment
