Lead – Business Operations & Process Excellence

Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based with site/client interaction

Accordible Facility Management Experts is hiring a Lead – Business Operations & Process Excellence to manage end-to-end service operations, drive cross-department coordination, improve internal systems, and ensure timely closure of tasks across Operations, Sales, HR, Accounts, Procurement, Vendors, and Management.

This is not a basic admin or coordination role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, manage execution, handle client escalations, build processes, track performance, and ensure management gets clear visibility through MIS reports, dashboards, and structured updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own daily operations execution across service jobs and active sites.
  • Handle client communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, HR, Accounts, Procurement, Vendors, and Backend teams.
  • Track tasks, owners, deadlines, pending closures, and escalations.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, MOMs, and management updates.
  • Ensure billing documents, completion reports, client sign-offs, and job documentation are completed on time.
  • Build and improve SOPs, trackers, workflows, and reporting systems.
  • Identify process gaps and drive practical improvements.

Skills Required
  • Strong operations management and client-handling experience.
  • Excellent follow-up, coordination, and closure skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, MIS, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • Mature, accountable, proactive, and solution-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate
  • 8–10 years of experience in Operations, Facility Management, B2B Services, Engineering Services, HVAC, Manpower, Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Construction.
  • Minimum 3 years in an operations ownership or leadership role.
  • Experience in building trackers, SOPs, dashboards, and process systems is preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream. MBA/PGDM in Operations or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
