About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Admission Operations Intern to assist the admissions team at Newton School of Technology. You'll help manage campus tours, ensure student engagement, and track attendance for sessions and events. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in student operations, event coordination, and admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct campus tours for prospective students and parents.
  • Make follow-up calls to students who miss sessions or important events.
  • Track and monitor attendance for scheduled sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, visitor logs, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the central team to ensure smooth execution of tours and events.
  • Support the admissions team with operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications


  • Current student (Pursuing a degree) in any discipline.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care.
  • Prior experience in customer service, operations, or admin roles is a plus.
  • Comfortable making calls and engaging with students or parents.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
