Business Operations Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

- Cross-functional work that will involve working closely with various teams such as Supply Chain, Business Finance and Sales to ensure smooth functioning of the companys e-commerce platform.

- Aid in preparation, execution and tracking of offers and promotions on the platform

- Assist in providing business solutions to customer and internal escalations and queries.

- Conduct research on areas for improvements in business operations, identify new opportunities for business growth

- Assist in analysis of data related to business operations for consumption by company executives

What we are looking for

- Proficiency with MS Excel and other Office tools

- Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus
