About the role: In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and seamless coordination across multiple functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support day-to-day company operations across Business Operations, Sales,

Design, and Marketing teams

  • Work closely with the Sales team on CRM management, lead allocation, and sales list

distribution

  • Assess manpower availability and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth

execution

  • Maintain updated operational records, trackers, and dashboards
  • Handle end-to-end coordination of cross-functional business processes to ensure seamless

functioning

  • Manage vendor coordination and operational follow-ups
  • Support execution of cross-operations tasks while ensuring timelines and quality standards

are met
