What You Will Do:
- As a hybrid role with exposure across multiple functions, you will work directly with Administration, Finance, Operations, and Sales Support. It is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a business runs from the ground up.
- Coordinate daily workflows, manage documentation, and support office administration as operations & admin support
- Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and month-end reporting tasks as finance assistance.
- Support the sales pipeline by keeping client databases and sales records updated as sales coordination.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams (Finance, Sales, Management) and external vendors or clients as stakeholder communication.
- Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives where needed.
- Any Ad-Hoc Projects, you have to take ownership of cross-functional projects assigned by management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or 1-2 years of experience in a corporate, operations, or finance environment is a plus—but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, VLOOKUP, pivot tables. Etc.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive learner with strong communication skills and a willingness to wear multiple hats.
