Position: Business Operations & Executive Assistant

Qualification: Graduate or higher in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business
Administration, Commerce, Humanities, Liberal Arts, Marketing, Education, or a related
discipline.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written); strong written proficiency in
Chinese; proficiency in spoken Cantonese is highly preferred.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and research-driven individual who has a passion
for writing and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing academic
and marketing content, has strong command over English, and is eager to build expertise in
education consultancy, digital content, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should be
willing to learn, think creatively, conduct research, and contribute towards creating high-quality
content that supports both student success and organizational growth.
Requirements:
• 0-1 year of experience (freshers are welcome) in marketing content, academic writing, or
related fields.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills.
• Strong organisational, research skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop,
capcut etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for content development will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Essays, Letters of Recommendations (LORs), CVs,
and other university application documents.
• Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, brochures, newsletters, and digital marketing
campaigns.
• Create content related to study abroad, scholarships, profile building, career guidance, and
higher education.
• Conduct research on universities, programmes, scholarships, admissions, and global
education trends.
• Assist in preparing research papers, academic articles, and educational content under
supervision.
• Design social media creatives, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials using
design tool.
• Assist in creating content and basic editing of reels, promotional videos, and other multimedia
content.
• Explore AI tools and innovative content strategies to improve productivity and content quality.
• The scope of work is not limited to the duties mentioned here and may include other
responsibilities assigned from time to time.
