Location: CoWrks, Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurgaon (right next to Third Wave Coffee and Sec 54 Rapid Metro Station)

Type: Full-time, in-office (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Experience: Hands on experience of at least 1 year listing/cataloging and ops for marketplaces/D2C.

What You'll Do

Listings and Catalog Management

• Maintain accurate product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images, and perform regular audits for consistency for the website & marketplaces.
• Address and troubleshoot catalog-related issues, collaborating with teams to resolve listing or display error
• Update and refine catalog templates, ensuring they reflect current specifications and promotional details across native web channels and marketplaces.

Logistics and Inventory Management

• Manage purchase orders (POs) by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely placement and tracking.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to manage shipment deliveries, handle escalations, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of all shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory updates and seamless integration within website and marketplaces.

Customer Query Resolution

• Address all inbound customer queries in a timely manner

Who Are You

• Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce or Engineering + Good Tier II/Tier III College
• Background: Hands-on experience of at least 1 year of catalogue management, e-commerce operations, or product data management.
• Skillset: Proficiency in cataloguing system and inventory management tools + In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, i.e., Amazon, Shopify, and Quick Commerce.
• Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communication : Effective Verbal Communication.
