Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional to act as the Right Hand to the management. This role is not just about operations; it is about building systems. You will handle documentation, oversee daily operations, implement new software (Odoo, CRM, AI tools), and ensure the sales and Operation teams run efficiently.
If you love creating checklists, hate spelling mistakes, and enjoy figuring out how new software works, this is the right role for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Drafting (High Priority)
Drafting formal applications (Govt. schemes like 80 IAC, Trademark), internal policies.
Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists for Sales, Operation, and marketing teams.
Documenting company history, events, and performance reports for future forecasting.
2. Operations & Reporting
Daily Reporting: Managing reports from ROLO, Interakt, and Odoo; ensuring data accuracy.
Sales Tracking: monitoring part-payments, reminding the team about video reviews/deal closings, and ensuring data is up-to-date.
System Implementation: Leading the setup of new tools and training the team on how to use them.
3. Coordination & Quality Control
Marketing Oversight: Checking daily social media captions for quality/grammar and coordinating with offline vendors (influencers in Pune/Ahmedabad).
Data Management: Cleaning raw lead data for import into the CRM.
Pune & Ahmedabad Coordination: Acting as the bridge for new initiatives (Webinars, Sales Training, Assignments) to ensure they are implemented correctly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Operations, Executive Assistance, or a Coordination role.
Top Skill: Accuracy. You must have a sharp eye for detail. (e.g., catching errors in a spreadsheet or a draft email).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and learning tools like Odoo, Interakt, Excel (Advanced), and AI tools, Google sheets, Google docs, etc.
Drafting Skills: Excellent written English is a must for drafting policies and correspondence.
Location: Candidates living in Ahmedabad will be given preference.
