What You will Be Doing
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Proactively track and expedite orders, resolving issues to maintain timelines. Identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and develop SOPs to improve efficiency. Leverage ERP/Ariba and reporting tools to drive visibility and support decision-making.

- Need to be proactive and solution-oriented, not just task-driven.
- Can coordinate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Communicate confidently and clearly in English (verbal & written).
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including nights).
- Open to working on Indian public/national holidays.
Key Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain / Operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and Ariba portal
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to Power BI and data analytics is a plus
- Familiarity with global trade compliance and tariffs is highly preferred
