Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operations and Sales Executive located in Eranad. The role involves managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes. The candidate will be responsible for negotiating with vendors, coordinating supply chain activities, and creating reports to monitor performance and optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales/operations
  • Two-wheeler & valid license
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
