We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and strategic professional to join us as a Business Operations & Client Servicing Head who can streamline operations, strengthen client relationships, and drive seamless execution across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and business goals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services in coordination with the sales team.
Business Operations & Process Management
- Improve and streamline internal operational processes for better efficiency and execution.
- Ensure smooth coordination between creative, social media, performance marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Define deliverables, timelines, benchmarks, and execution workflows for ongoing projects.
- Troubleshoot operational or execution-related challenges and ensure timely resolutions.
- Develop backup vendor plans and coordinate with external partners to ensure uninterrupted execution.
Strategy, Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Analyze business performance, campaign effectiveness, and client acquisition trends.
- Generate reports and suggest optimization strategies to improve retention and conversions.
- Conduct brand audits, research, and proposal planning to strengthen client servicing and execution quality.
- Ensure all services maintain quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.
Branding, Events & Execution
- Represent Ignitic Ideas at expos, networking events, and client meetings.
- Oversee operational planning and execution for events and branding activities.
- Ensure all executions align with client objectives and brand positioning.
Content & AI Integration
- Utilize AI tools for content ideation, copy generation, and operational support while maintaining quality control.
- Assist teams with strategic guidance for social media and branding operations.
- Oversee development of case studies showcasing project impact and success stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- 3 to 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Operations, Account Management, or Business Strategy.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in an agency background will be preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern operational workflows is an added advantage.
