Job Description

Manage end-to-end Terminal Identification (TID) procurement, onboarding, tracker maintenance, and coordinate with banks/processors to lower Turnaround Time (TAT).

Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks, networks, and payment processors to

resolve ad-hoc issues and negotiate commercial terms.

Monitor transaction success rates across Cards, Net-Banking, and NACH payment rails, regularly analyzing data to debug failure anomalies and drive performance improvements.

Plan and refine dynamic routing logic to improve transaction conversion rates, reduce processing costs, and

address downtime events in real time.

Identify operational processes requiring technological intervention and collaborate with internal/external

business and technical teams on implementation.

Manage business reporting, ad-hoc data requests, and performance dashboards using Excel and SQL.

Collaborate with internal Customer Support teams to handle payment transaction escalations and deliver prompt resolution to customers.

Work closely with the finance team to drive payment reconciliations and execute required operational

corrections.

Spearhead payment integrations, partner onboarding, and go-live initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Achieve operational success metrics including reduced TID TAT, sustained success rate lifts, routing cost savings, and zero missed downtime alerts.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–6 years of Banking Operations / BizOps experience in Payment Gateway (PG) or Fintech.

Technical Skills: Basic SQL, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and Python (Good to Have).

Domain Pre-requisites: Solid understanding of PG products, terminal workflows, bank pricing, and payment failure

metrics.

Soft Skills & Flexibility: Strong banking relationship management, clear communication, and willingness to work flexible hours.
