Business Operation Manager

Role Overview

As a Business Operations Manager at Kutoot, you will own the execution engine of the company.

You will be responsible for building scalable processes, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and fast execution to support Kutoot's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Business Operations Management

Oversee and streamline daily business operations across teams

Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance

Identify operational gaps and implement efficient solutions

Drive process standardization across the organization

2.Process Building & Optimization

Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational systems

Continuously improve processes for scalability and efficiency

Automate repetitive workflows wherever possible

Build systems that support rapid business growth

3.Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the central point of coordination across departments

Align teams on goals, timelines, and execution plans

Ensure seamless communication and accountability

Resolve inter-team dependencies and bottlenecks

4.Performance Tracking & Analytics

Track key business metrics and operational KPIs

Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility

Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities

Drive data-backed decision-making across teams

5.Strategic Execution Support

Work closely with founders on key strategic initiatives

Translate business goals into execution plans

Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives

Support new project launches and expansions

6.Vendor & Resource Management

Manage vendors, tools, and operational resources

Optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality

Ensure timely delivery and performance from partners

7.Operational Problem Solving

Identify bottlenecks in operations and execution

Solve day-to-day business challenges quickly

Improve turnaround time and execution speed across teams

8.Scaling Operations

Build systems that scale with business growth

Support expansion into new markets or verticals

Ensure operational readiness for growth phases

Profile Required

Experience & Skills

35 years of experience in Business Operations / Strategy / Operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in building and optimizing processes

Proficiency in Excel, CRM, ERP, or project management tools

Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred

Mindset
