This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operation Executive, based in Faridabad. The role requires overseeing daily business operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth workflow processes. Responsibilities include monitoring business performance, managing client relationships, supporting financial planning activities, and preparing operational reports. The role also involves addressing client needs, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and collaborating with the broader team to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience in financial planning, risk profiling, and analyzing investments
• Knowledge of products such as mutual funds, insurance, bonds, equity, and loans
• Proficiency in operations management, problem-solving, and process improvement
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills

• Educational qualifications in finance, business administration, or related fields
