The Business Mentor role is a remote position designed to guide and support aspiring entrepreneurs in developing their business ventures. Key responsibilities include providing mentorship, delivering training sessions, assisting in business planning, offering financial guidance, and supporting small business development. As a Business Mentor, you will work closely with budding entrepreneurs to cultivate their entrepreneurial mindset and equip them with the skills needed for success.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategy development
• Experienced in Mentoring and training aspiring entrepreneurs
• Knowledge and experience working with Small Business growth and development
• Understanding and application of Finance-related processes for business management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with entrepreneurial frameworks, and a passion for fostering an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degrees or certifications in business mentoring are a plus
