Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager with strong experience in design coordination, UI/dashboard design, ad creatives, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing marketing design requirements, making iterative improvements, and supporting marketing performance through reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage marketing creatives including social media posts, ads, dashboards, and UI elements.
- Understand and fulfill design and marketing requirements from internal teams.
- Make necessary changes, enhancements, or restructuring to existing designs based on feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain marketing reports to track performance and outcomes.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing and design assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and design-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of designing posts, UI elements, dashboards, and ad creatives.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Ability to understand business and team requirements and translate them into effective designs.
- Experience in creating and analyzing marketing reports.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills- Experience working with performance marketing teams.
- Basic understanding of analytics and marketing metrics.
- Prior experience managing or guiding junior designers/marketers.
Working Hours:- Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
- 10 AM to 7 PM
